Ordering & Account

No. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a free account lets you track your orders, save your delivery address, and access your full order history.

Wholesale pricing is available to all registered accounts automatically. The more units you order of a product, the lower the per-unit price — our system applies bulk discounts automatically at checkout. No minimum order required.

Yes. Many of our customers are retailers, supermarkets, schools, and organisations. Simply register an account with your business details and place your order as normal.

Orders can be changed or cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately on +254 700 000 000. Once an order is dispatched we cannot cancel it.

Payments

We accept M-Pesa (Lipa Na M-Pesa / Buy Goods) and bank transfer. M-Pesa is processed via an STK push directly to your phone at checkout — you just enter your PIN. For bank transfers on large orders, contact our team.

Our M-Pesa Buy Goods Till Number is 176747. When paying via the website, you will receive an automatic prompt on your phone. For manual payments, send to Till 176747 and use your order number as the reference.

Yes. All payments are processed directly through Safaricom's M-Pesa Daraja API. We never store your M-Pesa PIN or financial details on our servers.

Your order will be saved with a pending payment status. Contact us and we can confirm manual payment or resend the M-Pesa prompt. Your items will be held for 24 hours.

Delivery

Same day within Mombasa County for orders placed before 12pm. Next day to Nairobi. 2–5 business days for the rest of Kenya.

We deliver Monday to Saturday. No Sunday deliveries. Saturday delivery cutoff is 10am.

Delivery is free within Mombasa on orders over KES 5,000. Orders below KES 5,000 incur a KES 300 fee. Nairobi is KES 500 flat rate. Rest of Kenya is calculated based on weight and destination.

Products

Yes. Every product we stock is sourced directly from manufacturers or authorised Kenyan distributors. We do not stock imitations or grey-market goods.

Out-of-stock items cannot be ordered through the website. Contact us directly — we may be able to give you an estimated restock date or source the product from an alternative supplier.

For large wholesale accounts, we can arrange samples of certain product lines. Contact our sales team to discuss.
