Orders placed before 5:00pm are dispatched and delivered the following business day.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business hours during working hours (Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, Saturday 8am–2pm). Orders placed outside of business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS notification to the phone number provided during checkout. Our delivery team will contact you before arriving to confirm your location.

If You Are Not Available

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will need to arrange a new delivery time. A re-delivery fee may apply.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For large bulk orders (KES 50,000+), please contact our sales team directly on +254 700 000 000 to arrange delivery scheduling and negotiate delivery terms. We can accommodate scheduled deliveries, timed deliveries, and palletised shipments.

Damaged Goods on Delivery

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery before signing. If any items are visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed delivery damage.

Force Majeure

Ezzi Traders Limited is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our control including but not limited to: extreme weather, road closures, public unrest, or natural disasters. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as we become aware.
