To place an order, you may checkout as a guest or register an account. If you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including if we believe the order is fraudulent or if there is a pricing error on the website.

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of placing an order. We accept M-Pesa (Buy Goods) and bank transfer. By providing payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. All M-Pesa transactions are processed through Safaricom's Daraja API and are subject to Safaricom's terms and conditions.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the timelines stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Returns Policy.

8. Product Descriptions

We take care to ensure that product descriptions and images on this website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Actual product appearance may vary slightly from images shown.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Ezzi Traders Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or any products purchased from us. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Ezzi Traders Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
